D-E-I Needs to D-I-E; If it Doesn't, Our Society Will.

The urgency of Senate Bill 1357

The chaos caused by the Frankfurt School’s promulgation of Marxist Critical Theory throughout our culture is tragically visible even in our beloved State of Idaho. The Long March Through the Institutions has been advancing for well over half a century, and university education was a key battlefront from the beginning. In order to undermine Western Civilization by creating a Victim Coalition of Minorities, the doctrine of Intersectionality has been imposed, defining and then dividing us along axes of victimhood and privilege, drawing support from the conflict and moral decay inherent in Sexual Liberation Ideology. Higher education institutions have now managed to implement political litmus tests and indoctrination seminars as hiring filters and controls on academic thought. Over the ashes of ideals worth preserving, the sign of the hammer and sickle stands in bureaucratic ascendancy over our colleges in the form of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and D-E-I needs to D-I-E.

The Higher Education Fairness Act (S1357) will serve as a catalyst of its demise. It would ban DEI-based hiring, personnel policies, and administrative reprisals, along with mandatory DEI trainings and activities, political loyalty tests, and other measures exerting control over students as well as faculty. It would also stop your tax dollars from funding the war against our own civilization by barring public funds from supporting DEI offices. For enforcement, the Attorney General would be empowered to pursue writs of mandamus, and affected individuals could also seek injunctive relief. While this bill won’t singlehandedly make our colleges American again, it is a necessary step in the right direction, and more inaction would be a grave mistake.
